Dandruff is an innocuous, interminable condition that happens when the scalp gets dry or oily and produces white chips of dead skin that show up in the hair or on the shoulders. Despite the fact that it is innocuous, dandruff can be humiliating for the individuals who have it.

  • Eat a healthy diet that contains B Vitamins and zinc.
  • Sunlight may proves effective in controlling dandruff formation. But don’t over expose as this may cause damage you skin and increases the chances of skin cancer. Make sure that you have applied sun screen on your face and body while going outside.
  • Hair styling products may damage your hair and makes them oilier so limit their usage.
  • Tea tree oil have anti-biotic and anti-fungal properties. Use it for reducing dandruff.
